By using our space, you acknowledge that:

• You may appear in photos or videos taken in shared or event environments at the studio.
• We may use such media for marketing and promotional purposes (including on our website and social channels) unless you request otherwise in writing sent to [email protected]. We will use reasonable efforts to honor written opt-out requests that clearly identify the media or context involved.

We only share data with categories of recipients that help us run the business, including:

• Email and CRM tools — e.g. Resend for transactional email (Resend privacy policy) and Twenty for booking and contact records in our workspace
• Calendar services — e.g. Google Calendar when we create or update events tied to confirmed bookings (which may be mirrored to an additional staff calendar) (Google Privacy Policy)
• Hosting and analytics — e.g. Vercel for site hosting and web analytics (Vercel Privacy Policy; see also section 6)
• Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public

We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site operation, analytics, and — if we deploy them — advertising or measurement pixels (for example to understand whether an ad drove a visit). Examples of analytics tools include Google Analytics or comparable platforms.

Current website (phxcreatorspace.com): as of the effective date above, we load Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated usage metrics. We do not currently load Google Analytics or third-party advertising pixels on this site. If we add tools such as Google Analytics or ad pixels, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain appropriate consent or controls.

Links on our site to social networks or other third parties are governed by those services' own policies once you leave our site.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
