Liability Waiver

1. Acknowledgment of risk

By entering or using PHX Creator Space, you acknowledge that:

• The use of studio equipment, lighting, props, and facilities involves inherent risks.
• Risks may include injury, property damage, equipment malfunction, or unforeseen hazards.
• You voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Release of liability

You agree to fully release and hold harmless PHX Creator Space, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, including:

• Personal injury
• Property damage or loss
• Accidents occurring on-site or during use of equipment
• Any indirect or consequential damages

This applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Responsibility for guests

You are responsible for:

• Anyone you bring into the space (clients, crew, talent, etc.)
• Ensuring all participants follow rules and safety guidelines

You accept liability for any damages or injuries caused by your group.

4. Equipment & property responsibility

You agree:

• To use all equipment properly and safely
• To report any damage immediately
• To pay for repair or replacement of damaged equipment or property

5. Health & safety compliance

You agree to:

• Follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions
• Not engage in dangerous, illegal, or negligent behavior

PHX Creator Space reserves the right to stop any activity deemed unsafe.

6. Media release

You grant PHX Creator Space permission to:

• Capture photos/videos within the space
• Use such media for marketing and promotional purposes

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend PHX Creator Space against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

• Your use of the space
• Your guests' actions
• Violation of these terms or our Terms of Service

8. No guarantees / "as-is" use

The space and equipment are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law.

9. Agreement & consent

By booking or using PHX Creator Space, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this waiver
• You voluntarily agree to all terms
• You are at least 18 years old, or you have legal guardian consent and supervision where required
